Interpretation

  • "You" means the individual accessing the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing times

All Orders are processed within 2 business days of receiving. On an average, it takes about 5 – 7 working days to get parcels delivered within India through our contracted shipping partners. In case of a remote location / pincode, this could take upto 25 days as well. As of now, orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or public holidays. In case of significantly high volume of orders, we may reach out to you to inform possible delays in shipping timelines.

Shipping rates

Shipping charges for Your Orders will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email once Your Order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

The Premix Company is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to Your Order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes)

Damages

We take all precautions to dispatch all our shipments through our shipping partners. However, in a rare case, if you receive a damaged shipment, kindly reach out to us on email ID hello@trutruck.in with unboxing video and images within 24 hours of receipt of this shipment.  Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods to discuss the matter further.
